Creator publishing agreement

Zaika may show recipes from the handles you have claimed and verified in its public catalog — the Discover surface inside the app — so that other cooks can find and save them. This covers the recipe text and the photograph that came with it.

Nothing here transfers ownership. You keep the copyright in your recipes and your photographs. You are giving Zaika permission to display them, not selling or assigning anything, and you may license the same work to anyone else on any terms.

Every catalog recipe of yours shows your name, your handle and a link to your original post — on the recipe, on any share of it, and on a copy someone saves to their own cookbook. Zaika does not publish your work anonymously and does not present it as its own.

Withdraw from your creator dashboard and your recipes leave the catalog immediately — not at the end of a notice period, and without anyone at Zaika having to action it. Copies already saved to a cook’s private cookbook remain theirs, still credited to you; Zaika stops showing your work publicly.

By accepting, you confirm the recipes and photographs on the handles you have claimed are yours, or that you have the right to let them be shown. If something on your handle belongs to someone else, it should not be here.

Zaika will not sell your recipes as a dataset, will not remove or alter your attribution, and will not use your name or photograph to endorse anything beyond showing your work in the catalog. If Zaika ever wants to do more than this, it has to ask you again — a material change to these terms means this agreement stops counting and you are asked afresh.

This agreement involves no payment either way. It exists so your recipes can reach cooks who are looking for them, with your name attached.

You accept this in the Zaika app, on a creator profile you have claimed and verified — posting a short code on the profile itself, so nobody can license away someone else’s recipes. Until a claim is approved there is nothing to accept.
